Senior Manager, Logistics Strategy & E-commerce Supply Chain
This role leads the end-to-end e-commerce supply chain and shapes the logistics network strategy for the 2030 growth plan. It covers fulfillment model design, pre-fitting operations, promotion-peak readiness, reverse logistics, store expansion, and bonded-zone / central-warehouse flow optimization. The role delivers costed, milestone-based roadmaps with clear ROI and represents supply chain as a key enabler of China's e-commerce growth.

E-commerce Supply Chain End-to-End
- Redesign the EC fulfillment into efficient, integrated supply chain processes across all EC modes (D2C, O2O, self-operated flagship, ect); own EC fulfillment SLA, quality standards and the capacity plan.
- Redesign and scale the pre-fitting operation as the first critical capacity bottleneck of EC scaling: workflow design, labor model, quality control, and automation / outsourcing options — deliver a capacity solution ahead of volume growth.
- Lead promotion-peak readiness: align capacity with demand forecasts from Central Planning (the single source of numbers), coordinate peak carrier capacity with the fulfillment governance function, and pilot O2O / instant-retail fulfillment models.
- Own EC reverse logistics end-to-end: return-reason analytics jointly with the Service organization, disposition workflows (resale / refurbish / scrap), and return-rate reduction — every point of return rate is direct margin.
Logistics Network Strategy & 2030 Capacity
- Develop the 2030 network strategy for retail store expansion (across evolving multi-format operating models) and wholesale territory growth: footprint, nodes, and flows across the bonded-zone factory-direct and off-zone central-warehouse model; costed milestones with ROI.
- Deliver the network optimization roadmap for management approval within the first 60 days; refresh annually or upon major business change.
- Build business cases for warehouse automation and pre-fitting automation (feasibility, payback, phased investment).
Support the SCM&CS department-wide digital transformation agenda as the logistics-domain owner and cross-functional partner.
- Leadership & Stakeholders
- Build the operating interfaces: with Central Planning (demand and replenishment numbers), with Fulfillment operations (RACI: operations owns daily warehouse running; this role owns pre-fitting standards, capacity and network design), and with Service (returns and VOC loops).
- Build the EC operations capability; onboard through a listen-first approach with Planning and Fulfillment incumbents — no quick restructuring, build on existing strengths.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Supply Chain, Logistics or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive supply chain experience, with a significant portion in e-commerce fulfillment (D2C and/or platform ecosystems)
- Proven track record designing fulfillment networks and capacity solutions with costed business cases
- Zero-to-one build experience: stood up or restructured an EC supply chain operation
- Strong project management across IT, warehouse operations and commercial stakeholders
- Nice to have: Bonded-zone / cross-border operations experience; Hearing, medical device or regulated-industry experience; O2O / instant-retail fulfillment exposure; Warehouse automation implementation experience
