Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Consistently follow up with doctors' offices to obtain signed orders for all patients using Medicaid and Medicare. Maintain professional and persistent communication with healthcare providers to ensure timely return of completed forms. Document communication logs, track pending orders, and manage updates in internal spreadsheets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order completion aligns with service timelines and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience in a Voice accountUS Healthcare Insurance experience is an advantage.Excellent verbal and written English skillsOrganized and keen to detailsWilling to work in Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftsBenefits
