About this role
- As a Roadway Design Engineer , you will provide design and production support in the development of construction plans for roadway projects throughout Georgia for clients such as GDOT and local municipalities and counties.

- Work is flexible around hybrid schedule!
- Perform engineering design including horizontal alignments, vertical alignments, 3D modeling and cross-sections, pavement design, and temporary traffic control plans, quantities, and cost estimates.
- Preparing of project documentation including Typical Section Packages, Pavement Design Package, Design Variations and Exceptions, Estimated Quantity Reports, and Project Meeting minutes.
- Collaborating with clients, sub-consultant partners, technical staff, and managers across multiple disciplines to develop quality deliverables within schedule and budgetary requirements.
- Directing and mentoring less-experienced support staff.
- Supporting business development efforts including proposal pursuit efforts.
