- Design the Future of Virginia's Transportation with RDA Rinker Design Associates, LLC (RDA) is seeking a motivated Roadway Engineer (Technical Lead) to join our growing Transportation team.
- This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys roadway design and is looking to take the next step into technical leadership and mentoring.
- You'll have the opportunity to work on impactful transportation projects throughout Virginia while helping develop junior engineers and helping grow RDA's presence in the region. 💥 $5K-$10K Sign-On Bonus 💥 Design transportation infrastructure: Develop roadway designs, plan sets, and supporting documentation for VDOT and local agency projects.
- Deliver quality solutions: Prepare engineering calculations, estimates, and construction documents in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with engineers, planners, clients, and project stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
- Build your leadership skills: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
