Upway is a fast growing startup building the largest marketplace for refurbished e-bikes globally. We have refurbished over 20,000 e-bikes in just two years and are growing fast!
- We are looking for a Team Lead – Ops Specialist to oversee and guide our Operations Specialist team.
- This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards in e-bike refurbishment and repair.
- As Teamlead you are the go-to expert for questions regarding the Inbound Moments, during Shipping or process improvements.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a positive team culture, ensuring workflow efficiency, and maintaining top-tier quality standards.
- Lead & Mentor : Provide hands-on guidance, training, and support to a team of Ops Specialist, ensuring continuous skill development and high performance.
- Workflow & Efficiency : Oversee day-to-day operations, optimizing processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to service timelines.
- Quality Control : Ensure every refurbished e-bike meets Upway’s rigorous quality standards before it reaches customers.
- Problem Solving & Innovation : Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Mechanics and Customer service) to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure all safety protocols and workshop best practices are adhered to, promoting a safe and organized work environment.
