We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team and contribute to the financial excellence of our hotel. - As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency and smooth operation of our accounts payable processes.
- Your key responsibilities will include: Receiving, reviewing and verifying supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensuring invoices are correctly coded, approved and recorded in the accounting system.
- Preparing and processing weekly supplier payments accurately and on time.
- Maintaining accurate vendor records and keeping the supplier database up to date.
- Performing monthly accounts payable reconciliations and supporting month-end closing activities.
- Monitoring outstanding invoices, accruals and early payment discounts.
- Maintaining an organized filing system for paid and outstanding invoices.
- Ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures, company policies and local regulations.
- Communicating professionally with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and payment-related queries.
- Supporting the Finance team with additional accounting and administrative tasks as required.
