- We’re looking for a Senior Communications professional to make this part of everyday work at inDrive.
- You’ll strengthen alignment across our global leadership community and between leaders and their teams, and build practical tools that make communication and change easier to navigate across the company.
- You’ll work directly with VPs, Directors and Heads across regions , in close partnership with the wider Communications division.
- This is a senior individual contributor role with ownership of the leadership and change communications agenda.
- Strengthen leadership alignment: help leaders build a shared understanding of company direction, priorities and changes, and translate it into clear communication with their teams Build effective communication tools: develop concise briefings, guidelines, templates and formats that help leaders and People & Culture communicate confidently and consistently Create practical frameworks for change: make it easier for teams to plan and communicate changes, with clear steps, responsibilities and tools that work across functions and regions Develop our global leadership community: design and run formats that connect leaders, support meaningful discussion and help them learn from one another Advise and prepare senior leaders: help them sharpen their messages, explain the context behind decisions and create space for questions and feedback Connect global priorities with local context: work with regional teams to keep communication relevant while maintaining a shared company direction Measure clarity and alignment: build a framework to understand what employees and leaders know, where gaps remain and which communication approaches work best
