About this role
- n accordance with the manufacturing engineering drawing,BOM and SOP,the pipeline is preset,bend pipe,line cutting and marking.依照製造工程圖、BOM及SOP,進行管理預置、彎管、管路裁切及標示。
- Be responsible for Support welding and cutting board and drilling tapping.負責Support的焊接及板材的裁切及攻牙施作。
- Check the material include the size and number of parts,it must be BOM table is consistent.實施外觀、規格、尺寸等及數量核對，以確保所領的零組件與BOM表是一致的。
- According to manufacturing drawing Install pipeline and valve parts,after the assembly shall be checked again about there are missing parts or specifications of the case does not match.按照製造圖面所需安裝管路及閥件，組裝后須再次檢查是否有漏裝元件或規格不符的情形。
- Responsible for incoming/MO material acceptance,to ensure that the purchase of materials and appearance quality models are correct.負責製造命令/現場材料查驗，以確保購買之料件外觀品質及型號正確無誤。 ※誠摯邀約有誠意面試者再投遞履歷 請詳填履歷完整 Assist supervisor to implement the SOP production and revision,update the document according to the change of the product,to meet the requirement of product change.協助主管執行SOP的製作和修訂，按照產品之變化適時更新文件，以滿足產品變化之需求。
- Assist with machine modifications at the customer site, and coordinate with after-sales service to implement relevant improvements.
- 客戶端協助改機,及配合售服執行相關改善.
