Job Description
- As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant, below are the responsibilities: Minimum 3 End 2 End Implementation and 3 Support project experience.
- Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including organization structure, employee data fields, workflows, and business rules.
- Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including Sub Modules for Time Management & Benefits Support activities, such as system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
- Lead or participate in system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.
Work with the Product Manager & IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, data integrity, and system performance Document system configurations, processes, and user guides for reference and future enhancement Technical Experience:
- 1) Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution
- 2) Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.
