About this role
Position Description
Ensures the Quality of parts conforms with the respective standards. Responsible for product validation of parts (components, assemblies, finished products or merchandise) for new products and changes in the series process. Participates in the project teams for new product implementation. Develops and establishes robust testing processes. Develops the measurement strategy on part level including e.g., definition of measurement methodology/machine, configuration and etc. Creates and/or modifies metrology programs based on control plan and drawing including measurement instructions. Supports the development and establishment of robust measurement processes for the sustainable improvement of the quality KPI. Competencies and Requirements
University degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanics or Mechatronics. Knowledge in technology, methodology and equipment for measurement and testing. Sound knowledge in understanding specification sheets, customer requirements and technical drawings. Minimum 2 years of experience in programming and measuring with a 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). Knowledge of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Кnowledge in Quality methods. Good knowledge of MS Office. Good knowledge of SAP shall be considered as advantage. Professional
