For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Plant Controller for our Manisa facility.
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing activities Analyze manufacturing costs, variances and operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities Perform product costing and manufacturing cost calculations Support standard costing and master data management processes Prepare cost analyses for new products, investments and capacity changes Support CAPEX planning and investment controlling activities Monitor and analyze key cost drivers such as materials, labor, machinery and energy consumption Evaluate the financial impact of changes in production volume, productivity and capacity utilization Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Procurement and Engineering teams to provide financial insights Contribute to process standardization, automation and digitalization initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline Maximum 3 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Costing, Manufacturing or related areas is preferred Strong interest in manufacturing finance, controlling, costing and budgeting Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving skills Ability to understand manufacturing processes and operational performance indicators Advanced MS Excel knowledge; SAP experience is an asset Ability to analyze data and transform findings into actionable business insights Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Proactive, detail-oriented and results-oriented approach Good command of written and spoken English
