About the Role
We are looking for a System & Process Expert – Sales & Origination with a strategic mindset and deep understanding of the reinsurance value chain to drive the next phase of our Sales & Origination transformation. The focus is on maximising the value of our platforms, particularly our CRM solution, through deeper integration into business processes, sustained adoption, stronger data quality and measurable business benefits. Combining strategic product ownership with end-to-end process expertise , this role is critical in advancing how our reinsurance teams engage with clients and brokers, manage commercial opportunities and leverage data-driven insights.
You will shape platform priorities, proactively identify opportunities for process optimisation and targeted enhancements, and influence senior business and technology stakeholders to translate technology investments into tangible business outcomes.
- As the System & Process Expert – Sales & Origination, you will: Strategic Product Ownership & Value Realisation Shape and drive the strategic direction and roadmap for Sales & Origination platforms, aligning business priorities, technology investments and expected benefits.
- Own product priorities and oversee delivery of targeted enhancements, balancing evolving business needs, available resources and value creation.
- Drive measurable business benefit realisation through sustained adoption, effective use of existing capabilities and continuous performance improvement.
- Process Optimisation & Adoption Lead end-to-end optimisation of Sales & Origination processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardisation and automation.
- Embed platforms and AI-enabled capabilities into commercial workflows, driving process adherence, user engagement and consistent adoption.
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen ownership and accountability for effective use of tools and processes across regions and business units.
- Data Quality & Insights Drive improvements in client, broker and origination data quality, addressing root causes through process improvements, governance and system controls.
- Strengthen data quality accountability and collaborate with business data owners to ensure trusted and reliable information.
- Leverage data analytics and AI-enabled insights to improve commercial decision-making, pipeline management and sales effectiveness.
- Strategic Influence & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, proactively shaping priorities, challenging existing practices and driving alignment.
- Connect business strategy, processes and technology opportunities to identify and deliver improvements across the Sales & Origination landscape.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, resolving dependencies and driving decisions to achieve sustainable business outcomes.
About the Team
You will be part of a high-performing, globally distributed team with diverse skills and expertise. Together, we act as a trusted advisor and partner to the Reinsurance business, driving the evolution of Sales & Origination processes, platforms, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities. We own key platforms, including our Customer Relationship Management solution, ReCOT and Digital Business Cards, and bridge business needs with technology, data and external service providers. Our focus is on maximising the value of existing investments, embedding solutions into business processes, strengthening data quality and enabling data-driven decisions to accelerate the transformation towards a more effective, performance-driven Origination organisation.
About you
- Strong understanding of (re)insurance business processes, particularly deal origination, client and broker engagement and/or hands-on experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Marketing is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic product ownership, roadmap prioritisation and technology delivery, with the ability to balance business value, investment constraints and competing priorities.
- Engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, presenting updates, navigating strategic decisions, and influencing priorities.
- Proven track record in driving change and leading projects, from concept to implementation, with a business-first mindset.
- Experienced in data analytics, ideally using tools like Power BI and Excel, with the ability to derive insights that drive smarter decisions A strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments and actively contributes to shared goals and ability to work self-sufficiently across functional culture Strong communicator and influencer with the ability to bring together diverse stakeholder views into aligned decisions.
- Results-oriented, with a clear focus on measurable business outcomes, process efficiency, and long-term value creation.
- Courage to challenge status quo, explore new ideas and provide thought leadership to drive process simplifications and improvements Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 3300 and EUR 5400 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers: the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
