IT Manager @ Actalent

Summary: Responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, and IT support. Ensures systems are secure, reliable, compliant, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations including networks, servers, cloud systems, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
• Oversee cybersecurity, access controls, MFA, incident response, and business continuity planning.
• Support compliance with NIST, CMMC, CUI, and other regulatory requirements.
• Administer SAP Business One, Zendesk, and other critical business systems.
• Manage IT projects, system upgrades, integrations, and technology roadmaps.
• Lead internal IT staff and manage MSPs, vendors, contracts, and service levels.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, software licensing, and technology assets.
• Ensure reliable backups, disaster recovery, and system performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT management experience.
• Experience leading IT projects, vendors, MSPs, or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud environments, networking, cybersecurity, and identity management.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and IT service management.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

• IT leadership experience within manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Experience with SAP Business One, Microsoft SQL Server, or SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-171, CMMC, and CUI compliance.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or ITIL.
• Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Camarillo, CA.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $170000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
