About this role
A market leading specialist insurer are looking for a corporate accountant to join the team on an initial 6 month basis.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Prepare statutory financial statements across multiple entities and manage day-to-day liaison with external auditors
- Review cash journals, bank reconciliations and reconcile other balance sheet accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Take ownership of finalising monthly and quarterly trial balances for multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Quarterly group reporting
- Corporate member accounting
Required Experience
- Insurance accounting experience
- Preparing statutory accounts and group reporting
- Insurance experience, ideally London market experience
- Experience working with internal and external audit teams
