Job Summary
This position is located at USAG Bavaria - MWR, Business Operations Division, Tower Barracks (Grafenwoehr), Germany. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Major Duties
- Manages a large business activities. As Contract Officer Representative for a variety of contracts.
- Coordinates functio0ns with community, military representatives and executes community and special events.
- Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
- Prepares, reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan and annual operating budgets.
