Job Summary
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Serves as the Chief of the Service Contract and Quality Assurance Branch, Providing the full range of professional engineering services in the accomplishment ofcomplex, multi-discipline services, engineering, and architectural projects.

Major Duties
- Coordinates with appropriate officials, customers field offices to make changes, resolve issues and provide quality customer services to internal and external customers.
- Serves as a Contracting OfficersRepresentative and Alternate Contracting Officer Representative and oversee Quality Assurance on the Facility Sustainment and Operations Support (FSOS).
- Projects budget and other resources needed, determines goals, and milestones, and develops plans for accomplishment of work.
- Recommends staffing needs, and requests volunteer workers and borrowed military manpower as needed.
