Job Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and student‑centred leader with a strong commitment to post‑16 academic excellence and pastoral care. The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner with experience of teaching at post‑16 level and a proven ability to support students to achieve aspirational outcomes. You will be highly organised, data‑literate and skilled at building positive relationships with students, staff and parents, with a clear commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and student wellbeing.
