- Opportunity Overview Filed service engineer is supporting in the servicing and for the high density BERT projects at the customers’ sight High density BERT deployment (Final enclosure installation into customer’s system) Support and system debugging in case of failure Full Mechanical and Hardware installation in case the full deployment is at customer sight Communication with the product team in case of any issues to be reported to engineering Daily update and feedback to the PLM on deployment and customer requirement All About You We seek individuals who share our passion and determination.

- Technical Skills: Hardware debugging skills; Software debugging skills; Equipment assembly; Electrical wiring and mechanical installation skills.
- Functional/Domain Knowledge: Communication with customers (technicians and engineers in china); good understanding of the setup and case English language to communicate internally
