- Primary Accountabilities Digital Strategy & Transformation Lead strategic assessments to identify digital transformation opportunities across APA.
- Analyze business priorities, market trends and customer needs to develop digital transformation strategies, capability roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Support business team in prioritizing digital investments and innovation opportunities.
- Customer-Facing Digital Solutions Support deployment of digital delivery and customer-facing digital solutions and platforms.
- Coordinate with business lines and global teams on digital offerings.
- Translate customer and business needs into digital solution requirements.
- Evaluate digital products, platforms, and ecosystem partnerships that support business growth.
- Digital Innovation & AI Strategy Promote Copilot, Power Automate and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Define and promote the regional AI and digital innovation strategy.
- Share best practices and support to accelerate digital innovation across the region.
- Business Performance &Data Analytics Develop and maintain regional dashboards and KPI frameworks.
- Monitor business performance trends and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Generate data-driven insights to support strategic decision making.
- Translate business data into and support management reviews with analysis and actionable insights.
- Evaluate digital platforms, technologies and solution vendors.
- Strategic Programs Support strategic initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations and business reviews.
- Creating dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and accessible way Coordinate stakeholders and follow-up actions.
- Internal Process Improvement Review and streamline business processes.
- Facilitate process redesign and workflow optimization.
- Analyze data and track benefits and implementation progress.
- Candidate Requirements Bachelor degree or above in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related fields.
- Experience in digital transformation, business analytics, Innovation Consulting or process improvement.
- Strong English communication skills; ability to work across countries and functions.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; Power BI experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot or automation tools is desirable.
- Experience supporting senior executives with strategic planning and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
