About this role
- 1. Knowledge of and training in the specific activity.
- 2. Successful interview.
- 3. Previous experience in coaching or moderating the specific activity, preferred.
- 4. Applicant must show evidence to the RIPCOA that he/she has completed an approved first aid and CPR/AED course.
- 5. Proof of current and valid First Aid, CPR & AED cards.
- 6. Must have completed the following prior to first practice: NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching course, NFHS Concussion course, & NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Protecting Students from Abuse, Heat Illness Prevention, Student mental Health & Suicide prevention, First Aid, Health, and Safety, and a Sport Specific Course
