Qualifications
- Knowledge of baseball fundamentals, strategies, and game rules.
- Previous baseball playing or coaching experience preferred.
- Ability to teach, motivate, and develop high school student-athletes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to sportsmanship, player development, and athlete safety.
- Ability to meet school district requirements, including background checks and required certifications.
