Job Description
Assist the head coach in planning and conducting practices, developing student-athletes' skiing skills, and preparing the team for competition. Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and a positive team environment while prioritizing athlete safety and following school and athletic association policies.
Qualifications
- Strong skiing ability and knowledge of ski racing techniques.
- Previous coaching or competitive skiing experience preferred.
- Ability to work with and motivate high school students.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to athlete safety and sportsmanship.
- Ability to meet school district requirements, including background checks and required certifications.
