To maintain the Hall in a clean and ready to use state. To perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks.

- To maintain stock levels of heating oil, cleaning products and other equipment To check that hall furniture is kept safe and ready for use.
- To check that required maintenance and inspections are conducted regularly.
- To perform routine maintenance including fire alarm testing, heating tests, lighting tests to ensure all are in working order.
- To perform general cleaning of floors, bathrooms, meeting room, kitchen and stage on a regular basis.
- Skills & Experience Developed: Develop good communication skills.
- Gain experience in janitorial and cleaning.
- Gain skills and knowledge in safe storage and use of cleaning chemicals.
- Work with the Hall Committee to ensure hall is fit for use by the Hall users..
