About this role
Butterflies Creche is an early-learning and childcare facility in Lusk, Co. Dublin. We are looking to hire a Marketing & Enrolment Executive to grow enrolments and build our brand with local families.
Key duties
- Plan and run marketing campaigns to increase future enrolment
- Manage our website, social media channels and online presence
- Handle new enquiries and track them through enrolment
- Produce brochures, email newsletters and open-day promotions
- Build partnerships with local employers, schools and community groups
- Manage the marketing budget and report monthly on leads, cost per lead and occupancy
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in marketing, business or a related field
- At least 3 years' experience in a marketing role
- Strong digital marketing skills (social media, Google Ads, email tools)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in education or childcare is an advantage
