Catering Manager Employer: Lisa O'Leary Location: O Learys Centra, The Square, Blarney, Co Cork T23NH96 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: €36,605 per annum Vacancies: 1 We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead the Deli and catering operation in our busy Centra store.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily running of the Deli counter, hot food service and fresh food preparation. Plan menus, oversee production and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP) Control stock, costs, waste and profitability Lead, train and motivate the Deli team Deliver excellent customer service and handle catering orders Person Specification Previous experience in a Deli Manager or Catering Manager role Strong knowledge of food safety standards (Level 2/3 Food Hygiene essential) Good leadership and team management skills Commercial awareness and ability to drive sales Flexible with availability, including weekends If you are passionate about fresh food and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
