You must demonstrate safe, clinically accurate decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.
Main duties of the job As a PCN Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will provide patient care from initial history taking through clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. You must demonstrate safe, clinically effective decision-making and offer expert care. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership. Candidates should have experience in a Primary Care setting, be an NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice, and ideally be a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with certain accreditations or those on a MSc path may also be considered.

Experience in a Primary Care setting. NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice tor working towards non-medical prescriber. Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care It is preferred that the ideal candidates is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered. Qualifications Essential
Experience in a Primary Care setting, NMC registered nurse with advancement towards a non-medical prescriber, and ideally a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner.
