About this role

Job summary Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | 7-day rota Please note: This role will not initially be based at the Valentine Centre due to ongoing building works.

Are you organised, compassionate, and motivated? We are seeking a dedicated Business Assistant to support our Crisis Team across the Valentine Centre and Beacon Unit as required. About the Role You will play a vital role in supporting service delivery, working closely with young people, families, and clinical teams. The position involves a range of administrative responsibilities, ensuring services run efficiently and professionally.

Managing telephone, email, and task queries efficiently Booking appointments and meetings Supporting clinical teams with daily admin tasks Preparing and formatting clinical documentation Using SystmOne for essential processes Providing support to both clinical and administrative teams About You You will have:

Main duties of the job Coordinate Appointments and Meetings: Arrange and organise appointments for young people and families, and schedule meetings for clinical and administrative teams. Prepare Clinical Documentation: Format and produce clinical documents in line with required standards and guidelines. Provide Administrative Support: Assist clinical teams with administrative tasks, including use of SystmOne and other relevant systems. Facilitate Effective Communication: Act as a key point of contact between young people, families, and clinical/admin teams, ensuring clear and timely communication. Support Service Operations: Deliver general administrative support to promote the smooth and efficient running of the service. Maintain Professional Standards: Uphold a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sensitivity in all interactions with service users and colleagues.
