About this role
Your responsibilities Define and validate the technical architecture of cloud-native and hybrid systems (reliability, security, operability) Review and approve infrastructure designs (Kubernetes, EKS, Rancher, OpenShift, Terraform, Helm, etc.) Define and enforce standards, reference architectures and blueprints Promote automation, Infrastructure as Code and GitOps / DevSecOps practices Advise and mentor solution architects, engineers and operations teams Serve as an escalation point during major incidents and Go Live launches Lead proofs of concept: multi-cluster federation, workload identity, service mesh Drive governance: design reviews, ADRs, technical communities of practice The roleReporting to the Head of Engineering and Solution Design, you will act as the Design Authority for public and private cloud architectures. You will ensure the consistency, scalability and long-term viability of cloud-native and hybrid infrastructures, and drive the organization's cloud transformation.
