You will lead a close-knit accounting team within a collaborative environment known for its positive and supportive culture Jobomschrijving Lead, coach and develop a team of two accounting professionals Oversee day-to-day general accounting activities and IFRS reporting processes Review and validate the trial balance to ensure the accuracy of financial statements Coordinate VAT returns , annual accounts and tax compliance obligations Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and statutory obligations Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting , Finance, Economics or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit or financial analysis Previous experience managing an accounting team is a strong asset Fluent in French and English ; Dutch is considered an advantage Solid knowledge of SAP , IFRS standards, VAT regulations and financial reporting Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and continuous improvement focus
