As an Order To Cash German And English in Nivelles, you will manage customer service activities linked to the order-to-cash process within the Retail industry. You will help ensure customer orders are handled clearly and efficiently in German and English. Client Details Our client is a family business operating since many years in the FMCG non Food Sector. They are located in the Walloon Brabant region. Description As an Order To Cash German And English your responsibilities are: Process customer orders accurately and keep order information up to date Handle customer service queries in German and English, providing clear information on orders Follow orders through the order-to-cash process to support timely completion Liaise with sales, logistics and finance departments Coordinate order-related information with relevant internal contacts Check customer and order details to help maintain accurate records Resolve routine order issues and communicate updates to customers Maintain clear documentation of customer contacts and order actions Contribute to a reliable customer service process for the Retail business A successful Order To Cash German And English should have: Ability to communicate clearly in German and English A first experience in customer service or order to cash roles is a big plus Experience in the retail or hard discount world is a plus (Aldi, Lidl, Kruidvat, Colruyt, ...) You are accurate, meticulous and can handle deadlines Excellent communication skills with clients, distributors, internal stakeholders, ... A team player
