Job summary
We are delighted to advertise an exciting opportunity for two enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Beacon Ward Receptionist and Ward 9 Receptionist.
Both positions are for 15 hours per week.
As the Beacon Ward and Ward 9 Receptionists, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. You will work closely with nursing and medical teams, providing essential administrative support to help ensure our patients receive a consistently high standard of care.
Main duties of the job
To provide a friendly, effective reception, advice and information service to patients, colleagues and visitors to Beacon Ward and Ward 9.
Support and assist the nursing staff and contribute to the care
To maintain electronic patient records, including the use of MAXIMS and EPRO and ward shared
To support the organisation in achieving excellence in everything that we do by embedding and promoting the Trust values of Respect, Kindness and Teamwork.
