- Define the strategy and roadmap for Time Critical Solutions - Develop playbooks and solution frameworks for urgent and complex customer needs - Drive innovation in OBC, Charters, Sameday Products, Diplomatic Courier, and related services - Ensure premium service quality and operational excellence - Support Sales with rapid and accurate solution design - Monitor performance and customer feedback to drive improvements - Collaborate with Network & Partner Management on partner capabilities and performance - Act as interface to IT and Project Management for solution‑related system enhancements - Communicate strategy and updates to stakeholders Ihr Profil: - Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience, Master degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience - Proven track record in freight forwarding, logistics and product management - Strong conceptional, organizational, analytical and communication skills - Ability to influence and work in a matrix setup - Proven ability to data-driven decision making - Proficient in MS Office and relevant software - Excellent verbal and written English and German skills - Business Travel - Severely disabled applicants with equal aptitude are given preferential treatment
