Together, we will build on our company's long history and keep on leading the way to a better world - Responsibility for all commercial project related topics and commercial optimization of the project - Control and monitoring of all commercial resources and agendas in the project (purchasing, project controlling, scheduling) - Ensuring and being responsible for the content of the timely and qualitatively required project reporting and project cash flow management - Preparation of budget and forecast - cooperation in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements - Coordination with the project manager for the purpose of achieving the project goals or their optimization - Successfully completed studies or training in the field of business administration or engineering technology - Several years of professional experience in handling large projects - Knowledge of contract law (HGB, BGB, international), costing, KORE and IFRS - Business fluent in German and English - High willingness to travel or keen to work on a construction site for a longer period of time (national assignment) - Proven ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in a matrix environment - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable operating and communicating at all levels within an organization and with customers
