Together, we will build on our company's long history and keep on leading the way to a better world - Overall responsibility for contract and claim management across the entire project lifecycle - Analysis, evaluation, and enforcement of contractual claims, as well as defense against unjustified claims - Identification and assessment of risks and opportunities in contracts, and development of appropriate mitigation measures - Leading and supporting contract negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers - Advising project management and relevant stakeholders on contractual and claim-related matters - Establishing and further developing processes, methods, and standards in contract and claim management - Completed degree in Business Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification - Several years of professional experience in contract and claim management, ideally in a project-driven environment - In-depth knowledge of contract law (e.g., BGB, VOB, FIDIC) and experience with complex contract structures - Strong negotiation skills and confident presence at management level - Analytical thinking skills along with a structured and solution-oriented working style - Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
