Job summary As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important part in helping patients regain confidence and independence following surgery. Recovery can often be a challenging time for patients, and your support, reassurance and day to day care will make a genuine difference to their experience.

Main duties of the job You will work alongside Nurses, Physiotherapists and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate and high quality care within a busy surgical ward environment. This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with people and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care.

Job description Job responsibilities Job Title: Healhcare Assistant - Band 3 Department: Orthopaedic and Spinal Ward Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week. Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant within an acute hospital setting
