TEMPORARY ASSISTANT BUTCHER
6-MONTH ASSIGNMENT | POSSIBLE RENEWAL
Are you an experienced butcher looking for your next opportunity?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cut and prepare meats for deliveries and walk-in customers.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic butcher room.
• Move products between freezers, processing areas, stockrooms and delivery vehicles.
• Assist with receiving shipments and stocktaking.
WHAT YOU NEED
• Previous butchery or meat preparation experience — essential
• Experience operating a meat band saw — essential
• Knowledge of safe meat handling and food hygiene.
• A reliable, hardworking attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
