POSITION SUMMARY:

Turn demand, inventory and supply signals into executable replenishment and deployment decisions across the EMEA service-parts network. The role moves planning from fragmented, reactive activity to central, exception-based control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run the agreed demand, inventory, supply and deployment planning cadence for assigned product families, customers or locations. • Monitor shortages, projected stockouts, E&O exposure, and supplier constraints; prioritize exceptions by customer and service impact. • Recommend replenishment, purchase, allocation, expedite and cross-network transfer actions; ensure approved purchase requirements are converted to released POs within the defined SLA. • Optimize safety stock, min/max and stocking policies using demand variability, lead time, criticality and target service level. • Maintain planning parameters and master-data quality; investigate data defects and coordinate corrective actions with accountable owners. • Support Kinaxis and related planning-tool deployment, validate recommendations and help transition repeatable low-risk decisions toward controlled automation. • Produce clear root-cause and recovery plans for stockouts and overdue supply and contribute to weekly/monthly performance reviews. • Partner with MU planners, Purchasing, Network Management, Order Management and suppliers to maintain one EMEA plan and rebalance inventory proactively. • Monitor excess stock and proposed E&O reduction and scrubbing.

EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES

• Experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, business or analytics. • Relevant experience in demand, inventory, supply, materials or service-parts planning. • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and experience with ERP/planning tools. Kinaxis, Oracle and Power BI are advantageous. • Able to convert data into priorities, decisions and concise management communication. • Comfortable working across countries, functions and time zones in English. • Structured problem-solving, ownership and an exception-management mindset.

SUCCESS MEASURES

• Service level / OTD and fill-rate performance. • Forecast accuracy and bias for assigned scope. • Stockout and projected-stockout recovery time. • Parts availability • Inventory turns, E&O reduction and rebalancing benefit. • Planning-parameter and master-data accuracy.
