Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/Admin Manager to provide a high level service to the Clinical Service Manager for FIRST (Forensic Intensive Recovery Support Team). Your organisational skills, attention to detail and working to deadlines will come into play. This role will suit someone who also has significant experience of managing and supervising a team and has strong organisational skills, can work on their own initiative and ensure that services run effectively and efficiently. Support the collection and reporting of clinical activity data, and ensure service information requirements are met. You will have a proven track record in management and also working at a senior PA level.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality administrative and PA support to senior clinicians and clinical service manager within the FIRST service, ensuring effective coordination of diaries, meetings, MDT activity, and governance processes.
The post holder will supervise and coordinate administrative staff, supporting recruitment, induction, workload allocation, and staff development to ensure efficient and consistent service cover.
The role also supports the collection, validation, and reporting of clinical activity data, maintains effective administrative systems, contributes to service improvement, and ensures compliance with information governance, confidentiality, and clinical governance requirements. Acting as a key point of contact, the post holder supports strong working relationships across teams, services, and partner organisations.

Training and Qualifications Essential
Diploma/Degree level education in Supervision & Management, Business Administration GCSE English 5 or above or equivalent RSA 2 Typing or equivalent IT qualification

Relevant managerial experience
