Job summary
An exciting opportunity for a full time Ward Sister/Charge Nurse has arisen to join D'arcy Ward, providing care to our elderly patients.
If you have an interest in developing your clinical knowledge and skills as well as welcome service development and innovation then we are interested in hearing from you.
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious senior nurse, who strives for excellence, has a passion for the delivery of quality patient care, whilst monitoring and maintaining high standards within the clinical setting.

You will be a dynamic, motivated and committed individual and will be a role model to the team. You will ensure that the delivery of a high standard of care is paramount.

Registered Nurse with proven experience at Band 6 in the acute setting Uses evidence based practice to support care delivery Experience of relevant specialities Leadership qualification Experience within respiratory

Leadership skills with evidence of staff motivation and team building Ability to be adaptive and respond well in times of stress
Qualifications Essential
1st level registration Recognised Post-Registration course in teaching/ assessing and mentorship Evidence of continuing professional development through professional profile Relevant degree
Desirable
Masters level qualification (or evidence of working at Masters level)
Knowledge Essential
IT skills - understanding windows, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
