Join Our Corporate Planned Care Team as a Validator - Make Every Detail Count!
Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Validator to join our Corporate Planned Care Team based at King's Mill Hospital.
Accurate, timely, and consistent data is critical to everything we do - from ensuring the Trust receives the correct income to shaping decisions that impact patient safety and the future of clinical services. The information you validate will help monitor clinical outcomes, key quality indicators, and inform national statistics such as standardised mortality rates.
What You'll Be Doing:
Validate Referral to Treatment (RTT) and DM01 diagnostic Patient Tracking Lists (PTLs).
Identify and correct pathway data errors using systems such as Careflow, Dragon, ORION, and other SFH clinical platforms.
Apply a logical approach to ensure patients progress smoothly through their care pathways.

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (full-time, 5 days per week).
