About the Role As a Decontamination Services Supervisor, you will:
Supervise Assistant Technical Officers on a day-to-day basis, ensuring timely and high-quality provision of specialised decontamination services. Oversee the reprocessing of reusable medical devices and mattresses, including cleaning, disinfection, assembly, sterilisation, and tracking. Liaise with user departments and staff to meet patient and service requirements. Maintain compliance with departmental Standard Operating Procedures and the Quality Management System. Plan and organise daily workloads, staff rotas, and on-call schedules. Monitor equipment performance, arrange repairs, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Support staff training, development, and performance reviews in collaboration with the Team Leader and Manager. Ready to take the next step in your career?
