*About k?er*
k?er is a women's wellness centre in Leslieville, in Toronto's east end. Since 2012 (formerly Yoga Mamas), we have cared for women and families from fertility through pregnancy, postpartum and the years beyond.
Our practitioners work alongside pelvic floor physiotherapists, naturopathic doctors, registered massage therapists, chiropractors, lactation consultants, doulas, psychotherapists and movement instructors, in a calm, sunlit space on Queen Street East. k?er is women-owned.
*The role*
We are looking for a Registered Acupuncturist to join our clinical team as an independent contractor. Our clients come to acupuncture for fertility support, pregnancy, labour preparation, postpartum recovery and perimenopause, as well as general wellbeing.
We are hiring across the week, with particular need for evening and weekend availability.
*What you will do*
* Provide acupuncture treatment tailored to each client's stage and goals * Complete thorough intakes and keep clear, timely treatment records in Jane * Collaborate with our naturopathic doctors, physiotherapists and massage therapists, and refer when it serves the client * Help clients understand their care plan and what to expect between visits
*What you will bring*
* Registration in good standing as a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario * Your own professional liability insurance * Experience or interest in fertility, prenatal and postpartum care * Availability on evenings or weekends * A warm, steady approach with clients during significant seasons of life

* Independent contractor, commission split * Choose your availability within our clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 9 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm * Front desk support for booking, check-in and payments * Training reimbursement * Complimentary movement classes * Staff discounts on k?er services and retail
