Remco Construction is looking for a *highly experienced Construction Project Manager* to join our growing team!
We are seeking a seasoned professional with an extensive background in the construction industry who can confidently oversee multiple projects from start to finish.
*This is a senior-level position requiring extensive hands-on construction and project management experience.*
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the construction of our residential high-end custom homes from planning through completion.
· Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and timelines.
· Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, trades, and site supervisors.
· Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Remco's quality standards.
· Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
· Identify challenges, resolve issues, and keep projects moving efficiently.
· Maintain clear communication with clients, management, and project stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications & Experience
· *Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry.*
· *Minimum 5 years in a project management or senior construction supervisory role.*
· Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or multi-unit construction projects.
· Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and budgeting.
· Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
· Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
· Valid driver's licence.
