Shape how we communicate Do you know how effective communication creates clarity, engages people, and supports change? Are you a confident writer who can turn complex topics into clear and compelling messages while delivering communication initiatives in a reliable and structured way? For a fixed-term assignment of 10 months, we are looking for an experienced communications professional to support our Corporate Communications team in day-to-day operations and selected projects. Your role As part of the Corporate Communications team, you independently manage selected communication activities and clearly defined projects in close coordination with the communications department. You create and edit content for internal and external audiences, particularly for the intranet, website, newsletters, presentations, and other corporate publications. You research information, coordinate content with the respective business functions, and prepare it in a clear, target-group-oriented manner. You support the planning and implementation of communication initiatives and help ensure that our corporate messages are communicated consistently and credibly. You coordinate collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners for your areas of responsibility, while keeping timelines and quality standards on track. You support your team colleagues in the execution of their projects, helping to reduce workload and ensure smooth team operations. Your profile Several years of experience in Corporate Communications, a communications agency, or a comparable environment A degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Excellent editorial and writing skills, with a strong sense for messaging, target audiences, and communication channels Experience in independently implementing communication activities and coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders Confidence in working with digital communication channels Experience using AI tools to support communications work is an advantage A self-driven, structured, and pragmatic approach to work, combined with the ability to stay organized and maintain a clear perspective even in fast-paced situations Native-level German and very good written and spoken English skills What we offer A global, purpose-driven company with 3,700 employees.
