Job summary
A vacancy has arisen for a part time role within our Community Mental Health Services Team based in Maidenhead.
Working 30 hrs per week, the postholder will support the effective operation of the at place service by providing organisational, administrative and secretarial support.
The role requires the post holder to be onsite for the full 30hrs and although the primary function is more of a secretarial role supporting our community Psychiatrist. There is a need for the postholder to support all other areas within the service.
Main duties of the job
To be thecentral pointof contact andmaintainrelationships across the service,assistingthe team in the development and maintenance of efficient and effective office procedures.
Ensure the efficient andaccuraterecording of data on all electronic systems.
Type confidential correspondence,reportsand other documentation to a high standard within agreed timescales.
Support andmaintainhealth,safetyand security across the service.
Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required by the Service Manager.
Effective communication and liaison within andacross a range ofdifferent departmentsandpartner agenciesincluding the public and service userson a range of different matters.
Ability to use a range of IT systems & platforms toassistthe management team in meeting service objectives.

NVQ4 or equivalent qualification/experience ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence)/computer software qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience of using a variety of software programmes/packages
