You will lead a dedicated team to optimize logistics, streamline inventory management, and support the seamless flow of materials that power the future of sustainable mobility. Your Role, Your Impact Oversee warehouse operations to ensure scalability and efficiency across supply chain processes. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align material flow with project timelines. Implement reliability-driven systems using SAP and Lean methodologies to minimize downtime and errors. Drive innovation through digital inventory tracking and continuous process improvement initiatives. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and safety compliance within the warehouse team. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Proficiency in warehouse management systems such as SAP WM. Strong understanding of Lean and 5S principles for process optimization. Experience in coordinating logistics and material flow in industrial environments. Ability to analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement. Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams. How Success Is Measured On-time delivery and adherence to project material schedules. Effective collaboration and leadership within warehouse and cross-functional teams. Reduction in inventory discrepancies and improvement in operational efficiency.
