About this role
Turn Creativity Into Meaningful Experiences!
Do you enjoy planning fun activities, exploring new places, and bringing people together? North Community Counseling Centers (NCCC) is looking for a creative, outgoing, and motivated Residential Recreation Coordinator to help make everyday life more enjoyable for the adults living in our residential homes!
Our residential homes provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for adults ages 18 and older with mental health and behavioral health diagnoses. Our residents are mostly independent and do NOT require hands-on personal care, such as bathing, dressing, or toileting assistance.
As our Recreation Coordinator, you'll plan exciting outings, organize activities, build positive relationships, and help residents stay active and connected to their community. From visiting museums and parks to attending sporting events, planning cookouts, or hosting game nights, you'll have the opportunity to bring fun, creativity, and meaningful experiences into residents' lives.
If you're someone who loves working with people, enjoys being creative, and takes pride in making others smile, this could be a great fit for you!
