About this role
Job Qualifications • High School graduate or equivalent required • S.C Nurse Aide Certification OR passed fundamentals in RN/LPN school OR completed Surg Tech or EMT course OR completed 2-year Health Science Technology Program OR completed Patient Care Tech course OR successfully completed the SRH PCT program, OR Graduate of an accredited nursing assistant program, certification eligible. • Must achieve certification within 3 months of hire • BLS certified • If PCT II: worked in at least 2 units independently; delivered one in-service or participated in one special project; was a positive role model for students/peers; was a preceptor if needed • If PCT III: worked in at least 3 units independently or covered 2+ roles; delivered/participated in two in-services and/or special projects; was a positive role model for students/peers; was a preceptor.
