What You'll Do
• Prepare customer orders for shipment following company standards
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and on‑time shipping
• Meet daily shipping quotas (goal: 10 packages per hour)
• Maintain packing supplies and support inventory needs
• Assist with product sorting, photography, listing, testing, and storage
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the day
• Meet productivity goals while maintaining high quality
Who You Are
• Skilled at packing a wide range of items - from fragile décor to apparel
• Tech‑comfortable with PCs, email, Microsoft Office, and online tools
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
• A clear communicator with a positive, service‑oriented mindset

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Strong communication and customer‑focused approach
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, reaching, and warehouse activity
Compensation
• $16-$16.50/hour based on experience
