Fresh Mark is hiring Production Team Members to join our food manufacturing team in Massillon, Ohio. Pay
• Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.80 per hour
• Pay rate is based on position and experience and will be discussed during the interview process
• Opportunities to bid into higher-paying positions after 90 days

Available schedules
• Monday through Saturday
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Shift assignment will be based on business needs and position availability and will be discussed during the interview.
What you'll do
• Support food production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Follow all food safety, quality, safety, and security procedures
• Prepare, package, inspect, and handle food products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Job Requirements:
• Ability to work in a refrigerated manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and attendance
